Satsebeli Hot is a spicy Georgian tomato sauce made from selected tomatoes, fragrant garlic, red chili peppers, and aromatic herbs. Inspired by a traditional Caucasian recipe, this version delivers a more intense heat, while preserving the classic sweet and sour balance that defines Satsebeli.

Historically, Satsebeli sauces were prepared from local fruits and berries such as blackberries, plums, and grapes, enriched with walnuts, spices, and fresh herbs. Today, fresh tomato paste forms the base, offering a rich and full-bodied texture. Only natural ingredients are used – with no artificial flavors, thickeners, or colorings.

Satsebeli Hot is ideal for grilled meats, barbecue, roasted vegetables, or as a spicy dip. Its thick consistency and bold flavor enhance the character of both Georgian dishes and European cuisine alike.
