Churchkhela with Walnuts and Dried Fruits is a 100% natural Georgian delicacy, made without added sugar, sweeteners, or preservatives. This handcrafted treat combines roasted walnuts, dried prunes, apricots, and thickened Rkatsiteli grape juice, following an ancestral recipe passed down through generations.

The preparation is entirely manual: the nuts are threaded by hand and repeatedly dipped into a warm grape cream called palouze, made from concentrated juice and wheat flour. As layers build up to 1.5–2 cm in thickness, the churchkhela is then air-dried for two weeks to achieve its signature chewy texture. The addition of Caucasian dried fruits brings a pleasant natural sweetness, softness, and a rich, well-balanced flavor.

This churchkhela is a versatile snack that pairs beautifully with tea, coffee, wine, or even cheese. It is suitable for both adults and children looking for a wholesome, authentic taste of Georgian tradition.
