Preparation Instructions

In some traditions, the tea leaves are first allowed to “rest” in steam before being infused with water. Thanks to the lower tannin content compared to teas from tropical regions, Georgian green tea has a gentler and smoother taste, allowing it to be steeped for 5 minutes or more to release maximum flavor and health benefits without bitterness.

For children, pregnant women, or those sensitive to caffeine, we recommend the second-infusion method, which reduces the caffeine content.
