Transport conditions

We offer several shipping options to ensure the greatest convenience and security when delivering your orders.

We use next carriers for home delivery:

Delivery generally takes place 3-5 days after the package is handed over to the transport company. 

Shipping: Allows you to pick up your order at the selected delivery point.
Larger Orders: For larger orders, we can arrange pallet transport via GEIS or Raben. Prices for larger shipments are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If your e-shop order exceeds 199 EUR, you receive free shipping throughout the France. 

Fragile goods

If the order contains a large quantity of fragile goods, we pack them in multiple boxes for safe delivery.

Customers can expect to receive multiple shipments within the same order. There is no extra charge for multiple deliveries.

We use high-quality packaging and wrapping for wine bottles and other fragile products. Here, we describe the order packaging process and show an example of how we package fragile goods.

In the event of damage to a package, our customers benefit from free insurance that guarantees the dispatch of a new package immediately upon notification. 

Payment conditions

For your convenience, we offer several payment options:

Debit and credit VISA and Mastercard cards.
PayPal: Payment by PayPal may incur a fee.
Bank Transfer: If you choose this option, you can pay by bank transfer via a QR code sent to your email. We will begin processing your order as soon as the funds are credited to our account, which can take up to 3 business days.

The shipping price may vary slightly depending on the quantity, size, or weight of the entire package. All fees are calculated automatically and displayed on the checkout page during the purchase process.
