Old Kakheti Chacha Classic is an authentic Georgian grape spirit, produced using the traditional Kvevri method in the Kakheti region. Made by distilling the grape pomace (skins, seeds, and stems) of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane varieties, which are first fermented in clay vessels buried underground, this chacha represents the pure essence of Georgian distillation.

The result is a strong yet remarkably smooth spirit, offering a clean profile with light fruity notes and a refined character.

Best enjoyed ice cold (2–6 °C) – for an enhanced experience, serve with freshly grated ginger to highlight its complexity.
