Old Kakheti Chacha Aged in Oak is a premium Georgian grape spirit, crafted using the traditional Kvevri method from the Kakheti region. Made from Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes, the fermented pomace is first aged in clay amphorae (Kvevri) buried underground, then distilled in copper stills and matured for 12 months in oak barrels.

This meticulous process gives the chacha its golden color, subtle oak notes, and a rich, harmonious character. Despite its strength (45% ABV), the spirit remains elegant and balanced, with a smooth woody finish.

Best served chilled (2–6 °C), optionally garnished with freshly grated ginger to enhance its complex flavor profile.
