Asadeli Kisi Qvevri Amber Wine
The Kisi grape, native to Georgia’s Kakheti region, is celebrated for producing aromatic and full-bodied amber wines. Crafted by Asadeli Winery, a boutique producer dedicated to authenticity and quality, this Kisi Qvevri captures the essence of Georgian winemaking through traditional fermentation in underground clay vessels known as qvevri.
The wine shows a rich amber color. Its aroma is vibrant and complex, with notes of dried apricot, honey, quince, and wild herbs. On the palate, it is dry, elegant, and textured, with soft tannins, refreshing acidity, and a lingering finish full of spice and mineral nuances.
