3× Saperavi Qvevri Red Dry Wine
Few wines embody Georgia’s ancient soul as much as Saperavi aged in qvevri – clay vessels buried underground, a method protected by UNESCO as part of world heritage. This wine is not only a drink but also a living connection to an 8,000-year winemaking legacy.
Deep ruby in color, it reveals aromas of blackberry, pomegranate, and dark cherry, layered with earthy and slightly smoky tones from qvevri aging. The taste is powerful and structured, with firm tannins and vibrant acidity that promise longevity and depth.
This wine pairs best with rich and hearty meals – lamb stew, grilled beef, game dishes, or mature cheeses. It is equally fitting for a tasting evening where tradition and conversation take center stage.
Serving Ritual
-
Serve at 16–18 °C
